“Babylonia” is about two lovers role playing as they try to get into their apartment. Interestingly, it’s the submissive lover who tells the story. The actions of the dominant lover mimic that of a cop arresting someone. The submissive lover not only challenges their arrest, but demands to be disciplined telling anyone who is watching, “This is how we frisk and stop.”

The song title is a reference to the club named “Babylon” in Queer as Folk and SZA’s song “Babylon”.
