“In & Out” is about seeing someone dance alone at the club and feeling the urge to join them. Initially, it was demoed to rapper/producer A-Fos as a slow song. Once A-Fos added an electro beat to it, R. Flex fell in love with it as a dance song. A-Fos adds a verse about enticing his partner with the marks of other women he’s slept with still on his body. Orgy or nah? You decide.
